The game
Fletch is a puzzle game published by algofunds ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms. The game is free, has no ads, and sells nothing.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Fletch on devices you own, through the app store you got it from. The game, its boards, artwork, and code remain ours.
Accounts
An account is optional and exists only to back up your progress. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete your Fletch account at any time in the app; see the privacy policy and deletion page.
Fair use of online play
Online racing runs through our relay server. Do not abuse it: no flooding, no attempts to disrupt other players' games, no reverse engineering the service to interfere with it. Pick a display name that will not upset the stranger you are matched with. We may block access to online features to protect other players.
No warranty
Fletch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the game or its online features will be available, uninterrupted, or error free. Cloud saves are a convenience, not a guaranteed archive; keep playing devices you care about backed up.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from playing Fletch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the game, which is zero.
Termination
You can stop using Fletch at any time. We may discontinue the game or its online services; if we discontinue cloud saves, local play is unaffected.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
